A: Yes, fresh batches are made weekly to keep items in stock for a quick turn around time. Please, be mindful that turn around is currently 7 days. Shipments go out on Fridays. Hoping to add two shipping days is the near future for Monday and Friday.
A: We do not add artifical preservatives to our products. Natural preserving ingredients include; lemon juice and honey. These items are made fresh weekly. We are working toward having a shelf stable product. At this time, for optimal freshness, use within 3-6 months of the made on date. Keep jars refrigerated at all times to preserve their freshness. Failure to do so may lead to early fermentation. If your jar makes the noise of a soda pop opening, fermentation has probably started taking place and you should do a daily taste test and consider if it’s good or bad at that point.
A: There is not a one size fits all for this question. You should consult your health care provider to make sure this is something they recommend for you. Everyone is different.
(SYRUP)- Adult suggestion: 1 tablespoon/day. Adults over 70 may take 3/4 the adult suggestion.
(GLYCERITE)- Adult suggestion: 1 mL (20 drops)/day, up to bowel tolerance (2-3 times a day)

Infants and Children: Do not give infants and children under 6 months any internal herbs without consulting a health care professional. Do not give children under 12 months any products containing honey.
We only take the syrup during cold & flu season, I try to do daily, but we often forget. During a cold we take the suggested dose every 2-3 hours or until bowel tolerance. Outside of cold & flu season we will take it 1 week before and after travel, before a big event, etc. I like to keep a glycerite on hand in case we come down with a cold & use this instead of OTC medicine.
A: I do not offer refunds at this time. Packages are shipped via USPS priority 2-3 day mail, unless otherwise stated. With this, there is a $50 insurance that covers lost, stolen & damaged items. Save your tracking number and receipt, take pictures of any damage. Due to the nature of the contents and being made to order, I can not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please feel free to contact me and we can arrange something so that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Packages are shipped USPS Priority, unless otherwise stated. When purchasing 1 jar, they are insured up to $50. If you qualify for FREE shipping, there will not be insurance over $50. If you are purchasing more than 1 jar, I highly suggest selecting the additional insurance option. That way if anything were to happen in transit, you are fully covered and able to submit an insurance claim for your entire purchase. You can make an account on the USPS website, save your receipt (product if it delivers broken, they want the evidence-take pictures as well) and tracking number. Packages are mindfully packed, using eco-sourced material to insure I am doing my best to get it there safely, when they are in the hands of USPS, the damage is out of my control.
A. In order to allow others to reap the benefits of this program, all orders will be limited to 1 jar, every 14 business days. There are 32 tablespoons/96 teaspoons in a 16 ounce jar. Check serving suggestions to determine your personal usage amount and timeframe.

A. Please email a picture of your damaged product within 48 hours of delivery, I will help navigate the situation as much as possible but please refer to above questions on packages that arrive damaged. You must make a claim thru the USPS website. Pictures are important to get your money back.
