We are making quality products, with simple ingredients, in small batches. I strive to have the best, certified organic, locally sourced ingredients (Colorado sourced when possible). Elderberry Syrup is never made with artificial preservatives or additives. Something about the simplicity of an “ingredients list” is so satisfying when purchasing a product for myself, my husband, and our children. I have great love in knowing what is going into our bodies.
I am continuously researching to provide the best ingredients for this shop. A little bit about our honey. All the honey comes from a farm local to Colorado. The bees pollinate amongst the wildflowers in Fort Lupton to give us 100% Colorado Wildflower Honey. Our Elderberries (Sambucus Canadensis) are certified USDA Organic from a US based farmer out of Iowa. These Elderberries are different, they are harvested and frozen the same day, preserving the most nutrients possible. Giving Mrs. Glover's Goods, a notable syrup that is not like the others.
“A complete cure was achieved within 2 – 3 days in nearly 90% of the elderberry-treated group compared with at least 6 days in the placebo group (P < 0.001). The results of our study show that elderberry syrup is also effective against influenza A virus infections. Both studies show that the duration of the illness can be reduced by 3 – 4 days with elderberry syrup compared with placebo.” Study found here
